There are many smiling faces in the marketplace all eager to help you buy or sell real estate. After reading a few realtor bios you will probably be dizzy with all the glowing descriptions of their talent and abilities.
In fact no one is capable of being all things to all people. Everyone brings something to the table. Let me tell you here what I really know how to do so you can decide.
When you hire anyone to provide a service to you you want the best. A person who has honed their skills at the service you are seeking. The difference a knowledgable & skilled person can deliver with results is very powerful. I have this type of experience. More importantly if I am unable to help you with your specific needs I will tell you and help you find a qualified professional who can. A true professional is always connected within their peer group and can help you find someone who has the skill set you need for your specific transaction.
Just obtaining your salesperson license is not enough, in my opinion, to truly understand the entire process of investing in real estate. Because, even if you are just buying a primary residence, it is an investment. One that can bring you long-term financial rewards. Being a multi-million dollar producer is a good thing, and I am one, but in my opinion to understand the investment side of real estate you must have done it for yourself.

Specialization- I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences -- both homes and condos -- within the cities of Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, Desert Hot Springs and Palm Desert. I keep current of all activity in these areas, and I'm also aware of homes that are not listed but are for sale. Truly knowing these areas is my invaluable service to you. This is where I will earn my money by saving you time and having the insider information you need to make your decisions.
Commercial Expertise. - For 16 years in another business I negotiated commercial leases. If you are looking to buy a small business opportunity I can help guide you thru the process of negotiating, understanding and implementing the lease.
